Ceronaa provides pet care services including dog walking, home visits, and extended care. Services are subject to availability and initial consultation.
Bookings must be made in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service. Cancellations require 24 hours notice.
Payment is due as agreed at booking. We accept various payment methods. Late payments may incur fees.
We maintain appropriate insurance. Our liability is limited to the scope of our services. We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions or acts beyond our control.
Clients must provide accurate information about their pets, ensure pets are up to date with vaccinations, and provide necessary equipment and access.
We do not provide veterinary services, behavioural training, or medical care. Emergency situations will be handled according to your instructions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
