Frequently Asked Questions

We offer walks of 30, 60, or 90 minutes depending on your dog's needs and energy level. We can discuss the most appropriate duration during the initial consultation.

By default, we provide individual walks. If you'd prefer your dog to walk with another familiar dog (such as one from your household), we can accommodate this.

We walk in most weather conditions, adjusting the route and duration as needed. In cases of extreme weather that could pose a risk, we'll discuss alternative arrangements with you.

We typically use your dog's own equipment as they're familiar with it. However, we can provide secure leads and harnesses if needed.

If your dog shows signs of distress or illness during a walk, we'll return home immediately and contact you straight away. We're trained to recognise common signs of discomfort or health issues.

Important Safety Information

This service provides exercise and companionship for your dog. It does not include veterinary care, behavioural training, or medical services. If your dog has health conditions, please discuss these with us during the consultation so we can ensure walks are safe and appropriate.
